All US orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If insurance is desired, please message with details (prior to ordering ) so that your shipping costs may be adjusted.
All International orders are country specific. International orders will be shipped using USPS First Class International Mail. We've done our best to estimate costs, however, additional postage may be required.
Hatton Henry is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment or responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please note that orders placed with a Texas shipping address will include Texas sales tax (8.25%). Additional charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt. Before returning your item, please contact us first with your order information.
Returned items must be in the same, unused condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been used or damaged by the customer..
Please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. Hatton Henry is not held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and item description and once we recieve your return, your will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
